The Health & AI Chief of Staff Office – Technical Program ManagerThe Chief of Staff Office within Health & AI steers the ship and is responsible for driving the rhythm of the business, as well as complex and executive initiative programs. We glean strategic oversight from our EVP and take this knowledge to drive and deliver results for the business. We do this by partnering with any team required within Oracle to deliver results.What are we looking for? Strong ICs with a few key traits.We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with vast experience at getting things done at scale. Think working with cross functional teams across a large organization, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational/functional programs that impact both product and business Oracle Health & AI. Generalist to the core.You will partner with every team in Oracle, as well as externally with customers and acquired companies to make these programs happen. The space is fun, large, cross cutting and complex -and new. You will manage the development and implementation process for all aspects of interdepartmental delivery, plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
