PMO IT SAP Project Manager HYBRID

Description:experience with Power BI Reporting and/ or Data Lake experience along with existing FI items outlined on the req would be expected too DescriptionThe Project Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams working within our IT PMO area focusing with a focus in process, fixed assets and lease management experience integrating with SAP. The Project Manager will be working with internal IT and refinery subject matter experts as well as business partners and external vendors. The candidate will work with key stakeholders to define the project scope, timelines, budget tracking, objectives and track deliverables, risks/issues, mentoring and project status.A background showing 5 or more years managing Accounting type projects integrating with SAP and/or SAP modules is preferred. projects covering the below mentioned areas is required and considered key for this role.• Managing a multi-disciplinary team across functional work streams including: SAP FI, & P2P• Proven experience managing implementation projects with task/work responsibility shared across multiple system Integrators• Proven experience leading accounting projectsPROJECT MANGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:? Manage scope, requirements, timeline, cost, quality, human resources, communications and integration? Identify and manage risks / issues and development of mitigation plans? Lead meetings for status reporting, scheduling, requirements, resource assignments and deliverables? Maintain document control and track project activities and team communications? Prepare project reports and dashboards as required by the management team? Ensure project repository is built and maintained? Develop and review project status with project team and create weekly reports? Manage outsourced teams (off-site) including vendor engagements? Develop and publish communications to project teams, management and project stakeholders? Provide guidance on process and deliverables to the project team? Lead project teams in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notesJOB REQUIREMENTS:? Extensive experience with project management and all phases of the project lifecycle? Minimum 8 years of experience as a project manager, handling large-scaled SAP ECC projects? Possess good problem solving and resolution skills and a high level of analytical skills? Good interpersonal skills; effective team player and leader? Strong project planning skills using appropriate PM tools: MS Project, MS Office, etc.? Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and able to capture documentation from team? Facilitate cross-functional, intra-department, and inter-department communications and cooperation? Understands Business and System Requirements as they map to a traceability matrix for testing? Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing? Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance? Ability to take ownership of issues to resolution? Ability to influence others to move to a common goalREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:• At least 5 years experience of refinery industry (a plus) or SAP IT Project Management experience• At least 5 years of end to end SAP IT System Development Lifecycle experience• At least 8 years of experience guiding and facilitating executive level business decisionsEDUCATION LEVEL:• A minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related field, or minimum of 12 years experience in a PMO/Project Management function within a Information Technology organization.• Project Management Certification (PMP)• Proficient in Microsoft Project
