Project Manager

Description:This individual will be supporting major capital projects for an investor owned utility. The client has a defined program they are executing on and they have been awarded additional capital projects that they need additional resources for to which they can give a $20M capital project and trust that it is going to be run successfully. This person will be in the field pushing work and ensuring subcontractors are being efficient and productive. They will need to be able to read, understand and have the ability to maintain or communicated schedule updates. This person will need to be schedule driven to keep the projects on track while financials of the project is less important as the company will maintain most of that.Performance measurement: milestones, comparing budgeted hours against actual hours needed to complete the workThis person should expect to be 50/50 office and field - there will be client interactions throughout the project so this individual will need to be well spoken.Skills and Qualifications:Full project scope and Construction Management experience with capital projects.Must have firm understanding DLINE 5-10 years experience idealMust be able to stand on their own - independent Must feel confident in running a $20M project with minimum oversightAbout Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
