Description: Purpose Follow domain driven design principals to create an advanced fully integrated member portal and mobile experience with a React UI, Spring Boot APIs, and a data orchestration layer that sits in front of the domain APIs. This mobile first approach will increase business agility, speed to market, plug and play domain frontends into UI/UX framework, and reduce cost. Objectives UI/UX Framework Build the core engine framework and site map that will allow for easy integration of domain based microservice front ends Micro-Frontend Architecture - Framework will easy allow domains (ex. Investment and Cards) to integrate with unified framework. Each domain will have independent development, deployments, and release schedules Authentication Authentication will be built to allow easy of integration for HSID, SSO and all standard authentication protocols Content Management Integrate a solution that works seamless with a react front end through APIs. Solution will allow for multiple levels of content customization for employers, distributors, and sponsors. The Content Management capability will extend to different roles including Admin, marketing and eventual integration into HR Command to allow the employer to modify basic elements such as logos. Responsive Design The goal of a fully responsive site is to give the same access to information regardless of device Language Support Provide built in multiple language support available at the member level. Accessibility Ensure the portal and mobile app are WCAG 2.0 AAA rated FAQs, tools and Search Implement a help capability to allow the member to self service and educate Theming Custom style sheets that include a white label, client Financial, and basic employer level styling. The theming capability will extend to different roles including Admin, marketing and eventual integration into HR Command to allow the employer to modify basic elements such as logos. Over the Air Mobile Updates - Implement standard method to VBA features of the app through an over the air update rather than requiring the user to download a new application version. Notifications Implement a member notification for push notifications, emails and texts Telemetry - Implement analytics, telemetry, monitoring, and alerting solutions Co-Browsing/Impersonation - Implement a capability that will allow an admin or service rep to view the member experience to assist with member issue resolution. Required: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Must Have 6+ Years: react native typescript styles sheets (css, less, Material UI, Bulma, etc) building apps web + mobile javascript automated unit testing Nice to have / Will set candidates apart: native mobile app development (iOS / Android) micro front-end architecture (wix, expo, etc) - wix is a big plus browser based eventing content management and theming AWS REST architectural style Microservices GraphQL Domain Driven Design Docker/Kubernetes Build automation (npm, jenkins, etc) Node.js or Spring back-end Analytics, telemetry, monitoring, and alerting solutions What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)?
