Small framing contractor/ home builder is looking for a full time bookkeeper and office/personal assistant to help maintain simplicity in office life and keep it organized and functioning properly. 30an hr to start. Duties and qualifications require
Expert level QBO experience
Solid payroll capabilities
account payable/receivable
journal entries and reconciliation
file all Quarterly taxes
extremely detail oriented
strong computer skills
office suite and google sheet experience
maintain and lead weekly budget meeting
deal with county or city we are building in
schedule and maintain vendor cost
easy to get along with and self motivating
creative and analytical thinker
lives within 15 miles of Mill Creek
can respond to after hr business text and phone calls
