Working at JAX Bar + Dining at the Cathedral Canyon Golf Club , this role will be responsible for providing a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment for the food and beverage department in compliance with California Department of Health standards.Well known for Rancho Bernardo Inn, Surf and Sand Resort and a variety of Southern California's premium golf properties, JC Resorts has been a proven leader in the management and operation of golf and resort properties since 1971. Wash all utensils, dishes, pots and pans following proper procedures for each.

Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen area including equipment, floors and work stations.

Assist with bussing tables as needed.

Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.

Qualifications:

Detail oriented, efficient, organized, safety minded with high quality standards for production and service.

Ability to understand basic English and follow simple verbal and written direction.

Must be able to understand and comply with safety precautions in the use of chemicals.

Availability/Schedule:

This is a part time, seasonal role

Schedule will potentially be Tuesday - Saturday, 4 pm - 8/9 pm

Season will run for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of running longer
