Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst Location: Helena, MT Duration: 2 Years Job Description: An on-site Business Analyst (BA) is being sought to perform defining, analyzing and documenting requirements for the agency's project. The goal of the project is focused on completing the business design/requirements, configuring the application code, testing, data conversion, and conducting the user training necessary to replace the existing system. Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• Expert knowledge of principles and practices of electronic data and information management systems and procedures.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with successful implementation of IT systems for State and Local Governments.
