This position coordinates the flow of materials and the filling of Kanbans in a department of the factory, which may include shipping and receiving.location: Fargo, North Dakotajob type: Contractsalary: $17.25 - 23.06 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:Coordinates department(s) schedule performance for procuring, expediting, the movement of rejected material to source.

Recommends procedures for specific situations that will maintain inventory accuracy and management.

Finds root cause of material shortages.

May provide recommendations for solutions.

Utilizes Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules.

May include the processing of transactions for inbound/outbound materials.

Audits material replenishment cycles and accuracy and may create material replenishment plans with assistance.

Counts and resolves inventory errors and expedites parts to ensure uninterrupted production.

Works critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.

Will support Proto Build Coordinator with the investigation and follow-up of shortages on Prototypes by focusing on shortages and working with the appropriate buyer to ensure parts are prior to the prototype build.

Skills:Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI).

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
