ObjectiveThe Data and Reporting Lead is a technology focused role that will oversee the data partner channel, will develop and maintain the highest levels of data competency, accuracy standards and reportingcapabilities across all of the RSR techs. The Lead will develop a strategy for leveraging data to gain adeeper insight into RSR's business and impact on our managed programs.The Technology and Client Optimization team is responsible and accountable for driving our existing techstack initiatives, including project deployment, innovation, planning, implementation activities and RSRportfolio support. This role will be utilized to elevate strategies used for new client implementations andBAU accounts where enhancements or optimization are required.The Data and Reporting Lead will manage a team of data analysts responsible for supporting theactivities of our RSR client portfolio as it relates to the RSR technology stack. This role will act as supportfor client delivery and the clients to resolve day to day technology challenges, reporting support, dataintegrity and subsequent data loading activities.This position will play a key role in supporting this area to accomplish all of its initiatives by:Engage with multiple clients in their vertical to promote success and value in the utilization oftechnologies that support our MSP, iMSP and RPO clients.

Develop key relationships with client delivery, internal stakeholders, client stakeholders andtechnology partner contacts to resolve day to day data issues as it relates to our VMS and HR techstack.

Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing data issues with RSR clients. Evaluate existingdata, reporting, and recommend alternative solutions throughout the customer life-cycle to meetcustomer specific requirements while ensuring efficiencies are realized in ongoing services andsupport

Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview and consultation of data during sales cycle

Standard markup data across accounts

General tax mapping across NAM

SCM supplier footprint creation

New DOMO report requests

New opportunities for data automation

Diversity data: talent and supplier

Function as SCM's primary liaison with the BI team to address concerns regarding data integrity and drive enhancements of current analytics offerings to clients and suppliers (i.e. supplier performance and benchmarking data, OpCo performance reporting, supplier QBR reporting)

Consult on metrics/data to be included in cross-program and Preferred Supplier specific scorecards

Assist the BI and SCM teams with enhancing the overall "look" and content of existing supplier scorecards, including supporting SCM-driven initiatives designed to be value adds for our internal business partners and clients (SLAs, data driven leader boards)

Offer recommendations to internal business partners based on data organization and strategy regarding process improvements and ways RSR can more effectively utilize RPA; assist with executing on RPA recommendations

Provide scorecard generation support (i.e. automation or manual) to SCM and other internal business partners, as needed, to review new data feed possibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities5-10 years of experience

Bachelors degree preferred or comparable work experience

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience

Numerical and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure

Experience with technology support

Must be a team player and able to work with and through others

Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities

Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
