Farm/ Nursery Person (Waimanalo)

Work in the open air on a low volume diversified farm. We are a very low traffic operation in a beautiful part of Waimanalo.

We grow food crops with only natural pesticides (almost organic) and we have 1/2 acre shade house with more sun space that we spray chemicals in. The job is weeding, harvesting, planting, digging, lifting, weeding, spraying, weeding, mowing, watering, trimming, weed wacking and anything you can imagine on a farm or nursery.

This is a full or part-time position depending on the person. Having skills/experience in farming or nursery work, or experience in construction trades or mechanics would be preferred.

There is no smoking while on the property. Spraying pesticides is required. Must be able to wear and use a respirator and protective gear during spraying.
