Entry Level or Experienced Cannabis Grower (Etna)

Have you ever wanted to work as a Cannabis farmer?

Wildwood Farms is hiring a new gardening assistant. In this position, you would be working under the supervision of a head grower. No previous experience is required, but starting pay would be adjusted accordingly for those with experience. Even though your primary job revolves around caring for plants, any additional skills you bring to the table will be useful.

As an employee, you would be performing the following tasks:

- Follow directions and reliably execute tasks set by the head grower.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Inspect facilities and equipment for signs of disrepair.

- Monitor plant irrigation.

- Assist with maintaining ideal growing conditions.

- Practice and enforce security and safety regulations.

- Implement solid preventative measures against contaminants. This includes disease, insects, mold, and other pests.

- Participate in all aspects of plant cultivation, harvesting, trimming, drying, and facility sanitation as needed.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

- All other Cannabis Cultivation related duties.

Employment Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

- Must be 21 years of age.

- Are willing to participate in an extensive background check.
