One devoted HOUSEMAN / PROPERTY CARETAKER who can relocate to Central Florida Florida USA.
Job can be Live-in with a luxury furnished apartment provided in trade of your first 25 weekly working hours (each week). Thereafter a hourly rate of $15 per work hour (+- based on Your skill level) that are above the first 25 hours above in trade for the luxury apartment.
Must have good skills and experience to do most all property caretaker services, Handyman duties, minor repairs, detailed cleaning including most home chores and professional assistance to working lgbt male couple.
Clean professional appearance, English skills, good background, drug screen and references.
