LAWN MOWING SERVICE - PERSON TO MOW (AND STAIN)

I am looking for a person to mow my property, either 1 time per week or once every 10 days. Does not have to be a professional landscape company, but any DEPENDABLE person with a mower will do. I'm offering $50 per mowing and I will supply the gas - your machine. A riding mower would be helpful as the property is a little hilly. No trimming, no bagging, no edging - just mowing!

Also, if any people reading this post are experienced in painting and staining, I'm also looking for a RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE person to stain the cabin on this property. Someone experienced in applying exterior stain is preferred. The fascia needs to be slightly scraped in a few spots as well as stained. Not the porch or deck - just the exterior logs and fascia. I'm offering $1,000 for this job. I supply the stain! You supply the ladders, brushes and labor. The peaks of this log chalet are fairly high so if you are interested in this job, you can not be afraid of heights and must have a sturdy extension ladder. Both professional painting contractors and experienced individuals may respond to this post.
