Responsibilities and Skills:- Provide technical daily support for users on printers/copiers,
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
- Knowledge of HP Printers, toner replacement, Print Driver installation.
- Knowledge of Basic software and hardware
- Ability to trouble shoot and repair issues in a proper timely manner.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills needed.
