Our client, a global hospitality firm with on-site services encompassing food, facilities management, and workplace & technical management services, is seeking a NorAm Regional Asset Manager to join their team on a contract basis. Work Location: Buffalo, NY Office or RemoteAbility to work remotely: YesTentative Start date: 8/1/2022Working Hours: 40 per weekType: W2 or C2CDuration: 7 months, potential to go longerCandidate in EST preferred, would consider CST for someone really strong. Hours will sometimes start at 7am EST.Noram region engaging in a project with France team to consolidate into a single asset management system.
Job Description:What will you do?- Input in the common asset management governance definition, based on the NorAm best practices and his own experience.- Input in the common asset management process definition, based on the NorAm best practices and his own experience.- Input in the common asset lifecycle definition per each type of asset, based on the NorAm best practices and his own experience- Conduction of regular review with the NorAm stakeholders to collect the use cases and make sure that we are inlineo Review Minutes- Documented validation of the common asset management process definition by the NorAm IS&T Management TeamRequired Qualifications:· IT Asset Management experience in a multi-site, IT service-oriented· Experience and familiarity with asset management and asset discovery tools both from a technical (implementation) and end-user perspective· Service Management knowledge· Security and compliance competencies· Excellent communication skills and organized· Knowing IVANTI software would be beneficialVacancy expired!
