Care Giver (Mission, Ks)

Looking for the right mature (25 +) caregiver/companion with vehicle who can pass a background check. Must cook simple healthy meals and model appropriate behavior as a responsible adult. Position offers opportunity to help create a schedule of activities (with parent's ok) for time spent with 20 year old young man who has Downs Syndrome in my home and the community during afternoon and evening hours. 16 hrs per week M & W. Willing to be the buddy who exercises, colors, listens to music, plays computer games and encourages this enthusiastic young man. Payment will be via Another Day, a state funded program.
