RETAIL STORE TEAM LEADS NEEDED FOR GROCERY STORE IN NAPERVILLE, ILLINOISDirect Hire Opportunity!$37,440k - $41,600k, based on experienceFull time, 8-hour day.Hours of store operation: 7am – 7pmMust be able to work 1 weekend dayInterested? Breaks down deliveries, stocks and organizes merchandise on shelves consistent with the corporate policies & standards.

Sets up and breaks down merchandise displays.

Provides daily work direction, training and coaching for stock clerks.

Reviews vendor invoices in the BR Data System

Informs Department & Store Management with any operational inconsistencies, employee incidents, accidents, potential safety hazards, or any unusual events.

Ensures all facility is safe, clean, and in good repair.

Opens or Closes store as needed.

Ensures alarm is properly set.

Acts as Manager on Duty when Store Managers & Grocery Department Manager are not present.

Maintains professionalism at all times managing staff.
