DePere Apartment complex seeking a full time on-site maintenance person to take care of apartment repairs, snow removal, lawn cutting, ETC.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIVE ONSITE IN DEPERE

Require general knowledge of: Plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting

Require basic carpentry skills

Must have own tools

MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
