We are currently looking for an experienced apartment Maintenance Technician in the Milwaukee, WI area.

JOB SUMMARY: The maintenance technician for Steele Lakeshore is responsible for completing general building maintenance repairs and performs unit make-ready duties on empty units, for several small apartment locations in and around the Milwaukee area. Due to the scattered site there will be a company provided vehicle with position.

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work assigned hours as scheduled.

This position requires a valid Driver's license and Clean MVR

Able to use hand tools & other maintenance equipment

Able to pass a criminal, and MVR background screening
