Customer Service Representative (La Crosse)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 12 month contract (strong for permanent hire)
Responsibilities include the evaluation and assignment of work to technicians. Will need to monitor and regulate their volume of work and workflows. Will evaluate service orders and tickets in order to dispatch the technicians. Training will be provided.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-HS Diploma or GED
-Prior Dispatch or Scheduling experience
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to learn new technologies
