Find your future with us.We are seeking an Associate Surplus Asset Administrator (Level 2) to join our team located in Auburn, Washington. In this position, under general supervision, you will perform associated cash accountability functions. Prepare surplus assets and materials for sale, sorts mixed commodities into salable lots. Works with external customers as needed to coordinate shipping and deliveries of assets and materials. ​Position Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal and external customers as needed to coordinate shipping and deliveries of assets and materials

Provides information and assistance to customers by answering questions about assets and materials, policies and procedures

Coordinates volume of sales with customers, assists in commercial sales, prepares sales invoices so that customers can pay for assets and materials

Under general supervision, receives, by desktop, accountable assets into common Boeing database

Ensures disposition of assets by following established procedures

Maintains inventory and shipping records as necessary

Under general supervision, prepares surplus assets and materials for sale, sorts mixed commodities into salable lots

Researches product line information and provides that information to a team that prioritizes and makes pricing recommendations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn, WA.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

1+ year of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree

1+ year of experience working with reclamation of metal commodities or surplus of used equipment/materials

1+ year of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions

1+ year of purchasing experience

Accounting and/or records keeping experience

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
