This position is based in the Atlanta, Georgia region and is a contract to hire opportunity.How you will make an impactProvide accurate and continual communications to internal and external customers on any aspect of order fulfillment
Respond to internal and external customer requests and resolve order exceptions in a timely, efficient manner
Quality issues – enter complaints, ensure samples are sent and quality team responds and resolves. Processes any resulting returns and credits
Order and inventory management based on forecast and other modeling; order fulfilment with basic Supply and Demand analysis along with maintaining Economic Order quantities. (EOQ)
Navigating through multiple systems (SAP for legacy plants; other ERP systems for acquisitions), customer portals, excel, QV, salesforce, PACG.
Run reports and provide account management support to assigned customer advocate teams and assigned customers
Provide effective and proactive follow up communications to customers and internal teams to ensure customer order and service expectations have been met.
Requirements
Solid understanding of customer account management
General understanding and experience with ERP business application, (SAP preferred)
Ability to learn new systems as well as adapt to change and self-motivate to increase position and industry knowledge
High degree of organization and attention to detail while managing competing priorities
Successful time management and prioritization skills as well as ability to flex and adjust as needed for business requirements
Effective written and oral communication, including responsiveness and follow through of pending tasks
Customer focused, ability to maintain composure during challenges, and be action oriented
Proven ability to identify potential issues or conflicts and work with appropriate internal support to resolve to the mutual benefit of Company and customer
Microsoft Office Skills
