Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients' teams and we will look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.Your key responsibilitiesThe role of Technology Solutions Delivery – WMS Senior Manager will be to identify and close sales opportunities and provide technology consulting services to our clients to help them improve business performance. In addition, your role will include:Mentoring, coaching, and counseling team members, and helping us to build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams

Helping build pipeline and driving supply chain tech sales and working closely with account teams and domain leaders

Maximizing operational efficiencies on project engagements

Enhancing the EY brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients and alliance partners

Providing strategic and relevant insight, connectedness, and responsiveness to our clients to anticipate their needs

Staying current with the latest trends in the supply chain tech domain to be a trusted advisor and subject-matter resource for our clients' businesses.

To qualify for the role, you must have:Bachelor's degree and 15 or more years of related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in supply chain management and warehousing domain

Led and been responsible for Blue Yonder/JDA WMS modules with deep functional/domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications, and documentations

Knowledge regarding how the integration between Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and other supply chain systems, such as TMS or LMS systems, can be integrated

Led and managed, at a minimum, five full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and complex environments

The ability to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage projects, resources and deliverables

Led and participate in:

Gathering business requirements

Analyzing and transforming to application requirements

Performing fit-gap analysis

Leading functional design approval process

Strong interactions with development team to test and deliver the solution

Assisting customers during UAT

Preparing and reviewing documentations

Working experience with on-site and offshore delivery model environment

Subject matter knowledge in the following warehousing areas:

Order management

Receiving

Shipping

Inventory management

Appointments

Intelligent fulfillment

Warehouse controls

Labor standards

Knowledge on leading warehousing solutions, such as SAP-EWM, Manhattan is an added plus.

Systems/data integration experience

Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel, depending on time of year; must have a valid driver's license.

Ideally, you will also haveDegree emphasis in computer science, IT, computer engineering, MIS, or mathematics desired; master's degree in one of these areas preferred

Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred

Knowledge on leading digital warehousing technologies, such as augmented reality, RPA, AI, etc.
