• Must be able to convert functional requirements into technical specifications, and configure, tailor, and or customize solutions including building interfaces
• Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a project team environment
• Minimum eight (6+) years expert knowledge of application development, testing and programming.
• Ability to configure Maximo screen designs, field logics & work flows
• Experience in report development
• Working knowledge of work management processes is a plus
