Individual will lead or support supply chain optimization projects in one of the following areas: Data Management Strategy, Data Governance, Supply / Demand Planning, Procurement, Supplier Performance, Logistics / Inventory, Supply Contracts and Order Management QualificationsQualifications – Required Security clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Citizenship: US

Assisting customers/clients with the implementation and support of Data based solutions and improving business processes.

Understanding the common issues facing supply chain management and operations with clients who provide products and services (e.g., aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities) on a daily basis.

Identifying and addressing client needs; actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.

Performing as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

Experience with delivery of exceptional client service

Experience with multiple engagement levels within an organization/general officers/SES level government official

Experience with strategic and operational plan implementation

Qualifications – Desired

Clearance Desired: Current Secret clearance

Degree Preferred: Master’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

Demonstrates proven abilities and success assisting with technical efforts on client consulting engagements with one or more SAP application modules doing functional configuration and/or technical development, implementing and supporting development and business processes in an SAP environment, specifically the Army’s Global Combat Service Support – System or the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)

Level 3 DAU Acquisition Certification
