The Account Coordinator will support the creation of pricing models at the start of the event and support through project closeout for the International Delivery team. This is a cross functional role that requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This candidate will need to have the ability to work with a variety of teams in a collaborative environment. If you're organized, a problem-solver, efficient, and bring inclusive spirit to all you do, we'd love you to join our team.We’re looking for someone with experience or interest working in the international event industry in a financial capacity.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the project close out and invoicing process as tied to finance and billing

Track spend for all team budgets within agency and supporting enterprise departments

Conducts research for show services to support our CSM (Client Solutions Managers)

Work with the Agency project finance team for coding to cost centers, and billing schedules

Work cross functionally to ensure all proper finance and expense procedures are followed correctly

Research projects and support the build of pricing models in a Freeman proprietary system

Work in multiple currencies and conversions to USD and GBP

Work in the following systems; TSS (Freeman Proprietary Ordering System) and Procim

Assist with the project auditing and close out process (EMEA)

Serve as the main point of contact for all program-related financial inquiries for the International Delivery team

Provide support for management level initiatives; creating and owning financial deliverables for key stakeholders

Organizing and preparing weekly financial reports for review and delivery

Identify areas of improvement for accuracy of finances

Create clear and strategic financial presentations for key leadership and key stakeholders

Support International Delivery team and project financial management: contingent talent agreements, supplier set up, PO creation and invoice processing/follow up, invoice & cost tracking

Maintains consistent and thorough communication with all team members

Works with other departments/agencies in order to produce, ensure quality, and deliver information/data to clients accurately and on time

Maintains and updates all work stream applications including Box. Ensures final documents are accurately stored in program Box folder

Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned

Education & ExperienceBachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in managing vendors, people, equipment, and timelines

Ability to quickly recognize or anticipate problem areas and quickly develop solutions

Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and uses time productively and efficiently

Strong and proficient skills with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Exhibits an outgoing positive personality, enjoys working as part of a team, and is efficient, considerate, and organized, with a keen eye for details

A strong attention to excellent customer service with proven written and verbal communication skills is preferred
