Private Detective and Security Guard Needed

We are looking for competent individuals willing to work in various locations doing various assignments, and earning well deserved income. Not looking for persons that can't be flexible when given assignments and tasks. This field is filled with adventure, mystery, mild risks, thrills, and spontaneous requests from clients.

We are mostly hired to do security, bodyguarding, surveillance, process services, multiple types of investigations, and patrols. We have clients in MD, PA, and DC. The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, able to follow simple instructions, pay attention to details, and very reliable.

Moreover, we have weekly training scenarios by the team leader to help rebuild and reinforce the basic essentials. This role needs a person that is patient, dedicated, and creative with the ability to maintain professionalism. Our goal to grow you from a trainee or cadet status to a rookie detective in 3 weeks.

We have work all year round, but have no control over the length of services or location of services needed. Constant refusal of assignments or failure to perform your assignment may result in immediate termination. Payday is weekly on Mondays. Only paid when actually working on an assignment.

Responsibilities

Report progress daily to Team Leader when on a case to maintain communication and updates. When working security detail, always log records into the app and maintain professionalism at all times on the radio.Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions after first creating a case with photographic evidence and surveillance. Respond to client needs by investigating and conducting surveillance in assessing the situation. Notify Team Leader or Site supervisor of any problems or incidents that occur immediately.

Skills

Proven experience in security and investigative field before becoming a rookie. Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety. Familiarity with report writing and Comar Rules of Operation. Excellent communication, surveillance, and observation skills. Trained in CPR/ First Aid/AEDS and some form of self-defense (will train). Registered as a Private Detective or Security Guard with Maryland State Police. High School diploma or GED is required.

Office operations 5AM to 2AM

Pay varies based on client fees, but average pay can be estimated at $18.00 per hour.
