Member Consultant (superior)

Superior Choice Credit Union has an opening for a Member Consultant. The primary functions of this position is to assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; answer questions about products and services, resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, strong customer service skills and ability to promote sales/provide customer service.
