Full Time Property Maintenance

AAPSA is seeking to hire a full-time position for Property Maintenance. Competitive salary and full benefits package. This position requires a high level of self-direction, efficiency, and reliability. $50,000+ annually!

Duties will be performed across several properties in Utica and Syracuse, but primary duties will be in Utica. The person in the position will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained (both exterior and interior) and have the potential to lead capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Cosmetic building repairs and upgrades

Maintenance and repair of office equipment

Maintain exterior and interior lighting

Inspect property to minimize liability concerns

Assessing need for major repairs

Minor plumbing repairs

Assembly of office furniture

Maintenance of HVAC systems

Basic landscaping and snow removal

Requirements

Experience in general repairs and maintenance

Basic electrical understanding

Basic plumbing understanding

Basic HVAC understanding

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Valid NYS Driver’s license
