You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.As part of our Learning and Development Design and Curriculum team, you’ll help lead the design process for all PwC traditional classroom and technology enabled learning solutions. Understanding digital learning platforms, tools and systems, designing and leading for major educational technologies including mobile, micro- and nano-learning, simulations and branching elearning, videos and animations, electronic performance support, etc., and the applicable development processes/timelines and appropriate uses of these technologies;

Understanding development tools such as Gomo, Storyline, Adobe CC, video and audio production & editing;

Understanding 503/508 Compliance requirements, technologies and design considerations for all modes of learning, and updating existing courseware to achieve compliance;

Understanding regulatory environments, NASBA CPE requirements, and compliance standards, and how they apply to digital delivery formats, including those applicable to Quality Assurance Standards (self studies, nano-learns, hybrid learning); and,

Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging accessibility trends (WCAG 2.0 AA requirements) and experience designing/developing digital content for people with disabilities.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:Utilizing advanced agile and waterfall project management and instructional design skills across complex, high-impact projects;

Facilitating insights and knowledge from subject matter specialists to create engaging designs and to develop content;

Working in a software development and/or learning technology development environment;

Managing project teams including on-shore and offshore resources from inside and outside PwC to accomplish the project management and digital development process;

Managing learning management system and digital development workflow;

Developing and managing project plans, while establishing digital learning solutions to meet business needs;

Leveraging demonstrated project management skills and overseeing different projects and optimizing project resources;

Linking digital design, responsive design, evaluation, learning assessment, and production management on projects;

Leveraging effective use of learning technologies while successfully identifying, adopting and applying innovative new approaches and platforms to learning programs;

Delegating and driving accountability across a team and across multiple projects; and,

Consulting in highly ambiguous environments and collaborating through use of effective oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including:Using design thinking, including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping;

Using agile project management techniques, including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review;

Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools;

Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making, while leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.;

Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
