Customer Service Rep (Neenah)

The Customer Service Representative takes in bound calls from automotive service centers, body shops and fleets, finding and quoting the parts they need and expediting delivery to them. CSR's also assist with shipping and receiving and delivery of customer orders

Job Duties include:

-Answering inbound calls

-Quoting and selling parts

-Routing Deliveries

-Receiving inventory
