Evaluate current office organizational structure and make improvements
Preside over overall office administration
Manage communication systems, office equipment, utility services, office reception, mail and distribution services, word processing, and copy services
Take part in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow
Assist Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
Requirements
3+ years of job related experience desired
Need past experience in a supervisory role
Administrative Office experience
Strong familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
HR (Human Resources) experience preferred
