Legal Assistant

File hard copies of documents as well as maintain the electronic document system

Assist attorneys with client intake and key discovery

Prepare estate planning, family law and bankruptcy documents

Assemble a variety of documents and correspondence

Maintain consistent confidentiality

Answer incoming calls and assist in handling high volume phone lines

Monitor deadlines and maintain the office calendar

Requirements

Bankruptcy experience preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning

Experience with Calendar Management

Proficiency in family law

Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

High attention to detail
