Conference Booth Support Staff (min. 35 hrs. @ 20/hr + meals)

Customer Service

Good English Speaking and notes taking

Knowledge of Technology, Education (teaching) and/or Healthcare will be an asset

Any kind of sales experience will be highly desirable

What is required?

Manning a booth in a conference for a healthcare technology company

Greeting attendees visiting the booth and in the evening reception

Handling the attendees an information package

Providing brief information about the product being demonstrated in the booth

Recording attendee contact information

Helping setup/tear down of the booth table

Timing (The following are minimum times):

Monday/Tues – 5 Hrs (self-learning)

Wednesday - 3 Hrs (Setup the Booth Table at the Conference Site)

Thursday – 13 hrs (Booth Assistance + Cocktail reception – 8am-9pm)

Friday – 9 hrs (Booth Assistance – 8:00am-5:00pm)

Saturday – 5 hrs (Booth Assistance – 8:00am-1:00pm)
