Job Title: On-Site Property Manager for Project-based Section 8 Senior Building

Location: Roseville

Job Type: Full Time Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm. FRIDAY OFF

4 DAY WEEK

Job Description Property Manager to oversee a 127 unit Section 8 Senior Building. Duties include leasing, rent collections, resident relations, and management of day-to-day operations. Customer service, organizational, and administrative skills and Section 8 and YARDI experience required.

Salary: $45,000 ( and up ). Qualified candidates can also make more with freelance work for us doing annual HUD compliance recertifications of residents. Also include, 1 week paid vacation, life insurance, parking space, paid sick-days, friendly supervision and residents, and a 4-day work week with flexible time used.

Education and Experience:

Experience with Yardi Beacon, Voyager, or Classic very helpful.Minimum 3 years of experience in property management is required. Must possess the ability to multi-task in performing the essential functions of the position. Knowledge of computers and office equipment is necessary. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Training and/or experience with Section 8 subsidized housing is necessary. Certification as occupancy specialist is preferred.
