Multi-Office Nurse Manager

Our client is a large, growing and reputable medical practice with multiple offices in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. They are seeking a Nurse Manager to manage their three locations in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Nurse Manager to help our client continue their exponential growth! The Nurse Manager will help oversee LPN's, CMA's, and RN's among three locations in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. They will be the role model for all staff in each office, and ideally have experience managing various offices.

The Nurse Manager must be able to travel to the other locations three times per week and all travel mileage will be reimbursed plus $250/ month stipend for travel.

Responsibilities:

Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures

Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve all offices

Identify patient service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients, and other persons in a position to understand service requirements, as well as medical physicians in each office

Recruit, select and guide nursing staff

Manage nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Support nursing staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

Provide information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests

Travel 3 days a week to various offices and manage 24+ nurses

Manage the schedules for all nurses, and implement the dress code

Qualifications:

5-10 years of related experience

Must be a registered nurse

Flexible schedule
