As a Drives Design Engineer for John Deere Global Crop Harvesting located in Silvis, Illinois, you will:

Specify, develop, and implement drivetrain or mechanical drives components and sub-systems for combine harvesters and front-end equipment.

Demonstrated commitment to development of self and willingness to learn new skills

Skilled in the use of Creo Parametric, including large assembly management

Internships, relevant course work, and/or practical experience related to drivetrain or mechanical drives components and systems for use in mobile/off-road equipment

Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot drives systems

Hands on experience related to agricultural equipment

Experience with casting designEducation:

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
