5+ years of project management experience leading large, matrix teams in a very dynamic environment

Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification

Experience managing tasks within Jira

Preferred:Graduate degree

Project Management Certification

Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodology and program management.

Demonstrated ability to provide and clearly communicate status, actions, risks and put forth solutions.

Demonstrated record of managing internal and external projects from inception to successful implementation.

Demonstrated ability to work comfortably in a fast paced, often ambiguous and event driven environment.

Solid understanding of current technologies with the ability to develop and deliver projects using leading edge technologies.

Cybersecurity project management experience

Ability to align change management strategies with project.

Skilled in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting/selling them to senior management.

Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

Extremely high level of analytical ability to resolve complex and difficult issues.

Very high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output in a team environment.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIESManaging Support of Managed Validation ServiceManages Managed Validation Service efforts, managing 3 rd party activities and follow up on results and actions. Works with teams to validate results and create action plans.

Manages the triage coordination and updates of multiple simultaneous remediation efforts.

Confers understanding of the issues management process for remediations and their role in that process to appropriate stakeholders.

Provides consistent and clear communication to remediation owners to understand their role.

Drives the remediation governance process by holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines, completion of remediation plans and remediation efforts.

Coordinates the correct technical teams to drive the remediation plan.

Leads team working sessions and remediation governance sessions.

Drives and participates in the incremental improvements to the issues management process through process creation, tool building and leading/participating in post-incident reviews.

Ensures long term remediations are properly dispositioned as action, risks, projects or programs.

Serve as a liaison with Global Information Security, and other departments as IT, Digital, Legal and Privacy, various business functions etc.

Follows PMO processes and procedures where applicable.

Supporting Major Security IncidentsSupports major information security incidents, including coordination among multiple groups.

Supporting Tabletops ExercisesSupports the coordination of annual tabletop exercises for executive leadership and continent teams.

Works with cross functional teams to document subject matter expertise required for the development of the tabletop exercises.

Manages the tracking of after-action recommendations from tabletop exercises.

Maintaining GoalsSubmits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.

Promotes the documenting of remediation progress accurately.

Provides input and assistance to other teams regarding remediation efforts.

Demonstrating and Applying Discipline KnowledgeProvides technical expertise and support to persons inside and outside of the department.

Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

Demonstrates knowledge of function-specific procedures.

Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to job.

Uses computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and/ or process information.

Delivering on the Needs of Key StakeholdersUnderstands and meets the needs of key stakeholders.

Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
