Busy heating and air conditioning contractor is looking to add a capable job site foreman to our team. This is a full time, mostly supervisory position with good pay, benefits and advancement opportunities. We are not a seasonal company, we have year-round work.
The candidate should meet the following criteria:
1. Have verifiable experience in HVAC installation. Must know how to work with residential sheet metal, duct board and flexible duct. Must be able to set equipment and weld copper lines. Must have basic installation tools. Start-up, low voltage wiring and troubleshooting experience is a plus. Must be able to read and understand construction drawings.
2. Be dependable, organized and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
3. Be able to pass an alcohol/drug screening.
4. Have a good driving record the last 3 years.
5. Have good verbal and written communication ability.
6. Have reliable transportation.
7. Must be willing to travel.
