Information Consultant Senior This position can be located at any
Anthem officeand is eligible for a fulltime work at
home scheduleThe Business Information Consultant Senior will support Program
Managers on the Clinical Operations team and is responsible for coordinating,
conducting, and consolidating various data and impact analyses. Primary duties
may include, but are not limited to:
Analyzes and integrates data and analysis from
multiple sources, including; WorkiQ, Budget, Membership, Staffing Models/
FTE Forecast Models, Lites On WFM, and other sources to provide support to
4 WFM Chief Medical Officer Program Managers
Establishes, improves, and optimizes the
consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results.
Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports
for various business segments in the SBU for top management
decision-making.
Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and
highly complex business needs.
May collaborate with businesses and technical areas
to implement new or enhanced products.
May require strong knowledge of products as well as
our internal business models and data systems.
May coordinate with external audits as appropriate.
Acts as the central contact with internal departments and external
auditors.
Works independently.
Draws up a plan to address issues/concerns.
Qualifications Qualifications
Strong data skills required:
SQL, SAS, or similar skillset required
Very strong MS Excel skills required
Tableau and Power BI strongly preferred
Strong WFM background strongly preferred
Clinical acumen / background preferred
Strong Team Player required: Heavy interaction with
Program Managers, other business partners, analysts, and other team
members
Strong business acumen and financial acumen required.
Ability to glean and communicate insights from complex and disparate
data/results required.
Requires a BS/BA degree in Statistics, Economics, or
Business Administration
12+ years of relevant experience; or any combination
of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience working with leadership to evaluate
financial performance of complex organizations required.
Excellent leadership, problem solving,
organizational, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.
This job is focused on identifying solutions to
business problems and needs, very knowledgeable across products, more
customer facing in recommending solutions, strong data analysis, strong
ability to work independently, more interpretation of what is required by
the business as compared to the Business Information Consultant job.
