Junior Operations Manager

The junior operations manager is responsible for coordinating work, and being the liaison between staff members, vendors, and customers. The junior operations manager looks after all company buildings and grounds and coordinates the necessary maintenance and repairs needed both on a proactionary and reactionary basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and planning skills, strong communication skills, and will ideally be a people person!

The junior operations manager will be supported by senior staff members, with training provided.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have the ability to supervise people when needed, and will be great at delegating tasks to others.

Please have a valid driver's license, a cell phone, and a resume. While a college degree is not required, the ability to communicate professionally and politely with college educated folks is a prerequisite to be considered for this position.
