As a Production Operator, you will set-up, operate, maintain, and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment according to pre-established procedures and guidelines.The Company began in 2009 and has rapidly grown to be a global leader in the highly attractive filtration industry. Please visit Madison at www.madison.net.SummaryUnder the direct supervision of the value stream manager, this position is responsible for running mold(s), assuring product meets quality standards and following manufacturing instructions.Job SummaryJob Functions include but are not limited to:

Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Understands and Complies with all cGMP standards

Use the Standard Method Sheet to ensure the correct material and methods

Visually inspect product for surface defects, contamination and flaws

Meets or exceed required production levels

Maintains an orderly and clean work environment at all times

Operate molding machine

Follow manufacturing instructions and data sheets.

Pour material into mold and remove cured product from mold

Remove and eliminate defective parts and product

Complies with all Company policies and Codes of Conduct.

Position and secure assembled mold and mold components

Bending, reaching, grasping is required

Must be able to stand for 7-7.5 hours

Perform other duties as assigned by value stream manager or shift supervisor.

QualificationsEducation:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Background and Experience:

2-3 years experience related to manufacturing process.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work independently or with limited supervision.

Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Must be able to adapt to daily production product changes.

Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to do the job right.

Physical Requirements

Medium Work – Lifting of 50 pounds maximum.
