What You’ll DoArchitect and build scalable web applications
Design domain and data models to support multi-tiered applications
Integrate with external service providers and existing data sources
Write automated tests that support the delivery of quality software
Help define and support your application’s path to production
Work with other engineers to level up their skills
Work directly with stakeholders and team members to set and manage expectations throughout the life of the project
Operate within an agile development process
What You’ll Bring7+ years of experience delivering resilient, well-tested, consumer-facing web applications
3+ years shipping applications using at least 1 modern language like Go, Elixir, Typescript, Java, etc.
A deep understanding of the fundamental technologies of the web: HTTP, SSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
Proficiency writing automated tests
Experience operating in cloud environments like AWS or GCP
Strong oral and written communication skills and the willingness to use them
A strong sense of ownership and engagement
