Our primary areas of focus are: Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Services, Defense Program, Design/Build, Classified, and Environmental.Job SummaryProvide technical leadership for the execution of Planning, Studies, Design and General Construction with Design/Build Capabilities to Support the Installation of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and infrastructure improvements. Primary areas of focus include leading the execution of quality deliverables, developing a team of engineers, and technicians, to support the growth of the Federal Electric Vehicle Infrastructure practice. Delivering excellent client service for US procurement agencies including USACE, AFCEC and NAVFAC, both CONUS and OCONUS. Execute projects to support the growth of the Federal Electric Vehicle Infrastructure practice.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Project Execution (50%)Perform technical execution of Federal EVSE design projectsProvide knowledge and understanding of Federal project requirements and Codes and Regulations andUnified Facilities CriteriaEnsure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule and at a high level of qualityPerform quality reviewsTeam Management (30%)Manage in-house multi-disciplinary execution teamsProvide technical guidance and direction to team membersMentor and develop team members to grow execution capabilities and build the practiceManage subcontractors and consultants hired to coordinate, lead and support project development.Serve as a reference for key areas of knowledgeClient Management and New Business Pursuits (20%)Play a lead role in recommending decisions within the Go/No Go processPlay a key role on proposals, client interviews and presentations.Maintain relationships with key clients and identify potential opportunities for additional new business.Support contract negotiations and reviews as needed#LI-AK1Management ResponsibilitiesActs as a project manager. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.Preferred QualificationsAssigned to projects for U.S. Government Agency/Department clients. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.Demonstrated track record of development and winning prospects with Federal Government agencies, including GSA and DoDWillingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends as requiredDemonstrated experience in the successful execution of Electric Vehicle or Electric Utility Infrastructure projects in either commercial or government sectors.Successful execution of projects in spanning multiple locations concurrently (US regional or nationwide).Project experience with Electric Utility upgrade PlanningProject experience with Electric Design or AssessmentBachelor’s degree in related field (Masters preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) (required)Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)Minimum of 10 years, 15 years preferred, of professional experience in electric utility or electric vehicle infrastructure sectorMinimum of five (5) years of program/project management experience (Federal agencies preferred)Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree.All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.CertificationsNone specifiedWork Environment/Physical DemandsTypical office environment, typical construction environment, extreme weather conditions, high noise level, safety hazards (electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals), atmospheric conditions (fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, poor ventilation).
