Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Description

One of the nation's largest retail bookseller and leading retailer of content, digital media and education products is searching for inbound customer service representatives.

What to ExpectOn a day-to-day basis, you can expect to participate in the following activities: Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, membership, and/or marketplace orders Create a case in client system for every interaction Research customers account to accurately identify best solution/answer for customerinquiry Use client Knowledge Base to provide customer with accurate and complete information Utilize Chat and Support Service resources when necessary Utilize client system to further enhance client program knowledge and stay updated onpolicy changes or reminders on key metrics

Qualifications

Outstanding problem-solving skills Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication Provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service Knowledge and experience with Intuit QuickBooks a plus
