Hotel Lilien, a newly renovated mountaintop escape, is a brand new 18-room boutique design hotel and cocktail bar opening in Tannersville, NY. We’re growing our small but friendly team to oversee our freshly renovated guest quarters, bar space, and commercial kitchen.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment.

Ability to carry heavy loads of laundry, cleaning supplies, etc. up and down multiple flights of stairs and move quickly.

Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and friendly facade, and operate with discretion when interacting with guests

Ability to deliver flawless work without supervision or oversight—and take pride in such work.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED certificate.

Full Job Description

Hotel Lilien in Tannersville, NY, is seeking an upbeat and efficient cleaner with an incredible attention to detail to join our small but mighty housekeeping team. We have flexibility with which days during the week and how many hours you’d like to work!

Responsibilities

Make beds, change linens, replace soiled linens, sweep, vacuum, and dust guest rooms and bathrooms until they are spotless.

Dispose of garbage, sort recycling, replace dirty linens, mop, polish, and sanitize all bathroom surfaces; replace or refill amenities as needed.

Maintain public spaces including bar, public bathrooms, kitchen, and restaurant to ensure all facilities are tidy and free of crumbs, spills, and dust, and sanitized regularly.

Assist in cleaning product inventory.

Water plants.

Interact with guests as needed—always with a smile.

Collaborate with reception to make sure guest needs are always met.

Follow state mandates regarding personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.) and COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
