Accounts Payable Coordinator

Description Our client in the southwest metro is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team! This is a direct-hire opportunity that will be in-office during training, and can be hybrid after training, with 3 days WFH weekly. This Accounts Payable Coordinator position will handle full-cycle 3-way match accounts payable including invoice entry, matching, coding, and indexing invoices, resolving AP issues, and more. The role is process driven with a lot of data entry, but it's full cycle too. Ideal candidates will have 2-5+ year of accounts payable experience. Other than that they are very open on backgrounds but candidates must have a solid understanding of debits and credits and understand the ins and outs of AP. Ideally seeking a candidate who is interested in AP long-term. Your responsibilities:Process full-cycle AP using 3-way match with vendor invoices and POs

Resolve invoice discrepancies

Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and indexing
