Provides technical and/or project management leadership in the design, layout, planning, and development of all graphical elements to create presentations, documents, and business development-related materials in adherence to the Deloitte brand identity and go-to-market strategy. May focus on proposals and pursuits or marketing campaigns. Uses in-depth knowledge of multiple graphic software packages, application of professional documentation standards for both print and online, and technical expertise in graphic design principles to develop sophisticated graphics for C-Level presentations, marketing materials, and proposals in response to pursuits. Illustrative Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with researchers and authors to develop art concepts that support the goals of the publication with regard to function, aesthetics and meaning.
Manages compliance with corporate branding guidelines, departmental procedures and standards, internal client preferences and instructions, and mandatory solicitation requirements in order to produce the highest possible deliverables.
Serves as a subject matter expert through all phases of design, development, and review.
Leads the team in the development of new templates, graphics, media, and other communicative devices as it relates to their focus area. May focus on eminence-related external publications.
May provide advanced technical advice on effective composition, media selection, presentation impact, and style definitions in the development of various C-Level pursuit-related documents to ensure client satisfaction.
May collaborate with pursuit team members to assess C-Level pursuit requirements from a visual standpoint and provides technical leadership in the development of complex graphic designs that support the communication and messaging strategy of the pursuit
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Technical SkillsExtensive knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite 5 (i.e., Flash Toolkit, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects and, Acrobat), Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, DreamWeaver/HTML, and other graphic design technology/computer software packages. Highly proficient in project management and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other RequirementsCertificate in Graphic DesignEducation & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Business is required and a minimum of 5 years of experience.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95k to 110k$.
