What You’ll Do:

Assist customers while expanding your technical knowledge

Assess customer needs, educate the customer about their account, and document interactions through contact tracking

Address incoming requests from new and existing customers as it relates to billing, account management, and general customer service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through genuine care for our customer’s success

Provide service and support to guarantee successful customer onboarding and retention

Use technical skills to provide troubleshooting for websites, email and domain names

Assist customers over the phone, via live chat, and through email in a friendly and professional manner

Use problem solving skills to resolve issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company

Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience

Ideal Candidates Have:

Demonstrated passion for excellence with genuine care for customers

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Ability to resolve issues from customers and leave them with a positive experience

General technical aptitude and the interest in learning new technologies

Ability to type around 35 WPM

1+ years of experience in a call center or helpdesk environment, customer service/retention or help desk capacity preferred

Experience creating or hosting websites preferred
