Construction Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent that can effectively, and efficiently run residential and commercial projects without being Micro managed. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Full time supervision of multiple projects depending on the size, and location.

-Scheduling projects

-Tracking change orders to owners and subs

-Submittals & RFI's

-Weekly meetings

-Manage all inspections

-Meet with clients, architects, engineers

-etc
